In this epidemic situation of Corona virus (covid-19), we must stay at our home but most importantly we need to build our immune system stronger. Our immune system does a Remarkable job of defending you against disease – Causing microorganisms. But sometime it fails, make you sick. To build our Immune system stronger to fight against covid-19, we must use natural ways to boost to build our immune system.
Natural ways to Boost Your immune system
Exercise – It is beneficial to your mood, cardiovascular health, exercising lowers your cholesterol level and make proper functioning of antibody response to infection. Moderate exercise helps you to keep fit and Boost your immune system.
So, keep your immune system boosted by getting enough sleep.
Gargle with salt water – After coming home from outside gargle your throat by mixing half a teaspoon of salt into 8 ounce of warm water and gargle it for 10 seconds twice a day. It keeps cold and flu at bay and flush out any bacteria in your mouth or throat.
